Who can apply?
Startups affiliated with Y Combinator, a16z speedrun, StartX, One League AI Venture Lab, or Techstars (opens in a new tab), or 500 Global (opens in a new tab) can apply. Include proof of your affiliation.
Are Sparks shared with my team?
Yes. The 10,000 Spark credits are shared across your Lit Factory organization.
When do the startup Sparks expire?
The startup grant is valid for 12 months after activation.
Can I use an existing Lit Factory organization?
Yes. Include your existing organization in the application. You don't need to create another one.
Does applying activate the grant?
We review your program affiliation and organization details first. Applying does not automatically approve or activate the grant.
