These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, products, services, integrations, APIs, private beta offerings, and related applications made available by PullFlow, Inc. doing business as Lit Factory ("Lit Factory," "PullFlow," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using Lit Factory, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Lit Factory on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms, and "you" includes both you and that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not access or use Lit Factory.
1. Who We Are
Lit Factory is the human-directed AI agent orchestration platform operated by PullFlow, Inc. It gives human and AI teams a single floor across their tools — connecting tools, teams, and AI through shared context, contextual collaboration, integrations, and workflow orchestration, with a dial from full human to full autonomy.
You may contact us about these Terms of Service at legal@pullflow.com.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Lit Factory. If you create or use an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- all activity occurring under your account or workspace
- ensuring your users use the service in compliance with these terms
- promptly notifying us of unauthorized access, security incidents, or misuse
If your account is provisioned, managed, or sponsored by an employer, client, or other organization, that organization may control your access to the service and workspace data associated with that account.
3. Use of the Service
Subject to these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Lit Factory for your internal business or evaluation purposes.
Lit Factory may include:
- shared workspaces and project coordination tools
- integrations with third-party systems such as Slack, GitHub, Jira, Linear, Figma, Notion, and Google Workspace
- AI-assisted features, agents, summaries, recommendations, automations, and workflow support
- private beta, preview, or experimental features that may change over time
Your right to use the service depends on continued compliance with these Terms of Service and any additional written terms that may apply to a specific feature, beta program, order form, or enterprise agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not, and may not permit others to:
- use Lit Factory in violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, systems, or data
- reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from Lit Factory except as permitted by law
- use the service to transmit malicious code, spam, deceptive content, or harmful material
- use the service to build a competing product or benchmark the service for external publication without our written consent
- access or process data through integrations unless you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so
- misrepresent AI-generated output as human-reviewed if that distinction is material to the use case
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms of Service, creates security or legal risk, or could harm us, our users, or third parties.
5. Customer Data and Content
You retain ownership of the content, data, materials, files, prompts, messages, comments, documents, tickets, designs, repository data, and other information that you or your organization submit to Lit Factory or make available through connected systems ("Customer Data").
You grant us a limited right to host, store, copy, transmit, process, display, and otherwise use Customer Data only as necessary to:
- provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service
- support integrations, search, synchronization, and workflow coordination
- generate summaries, recommendations, automations, and other requested AI-assisted functionality
- prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with law
You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, consents, notices, and permissions needed for us to process Customer Data as contemplated by these Terms of Service.
6. Integrations and Third-Party Services
Lit Factory interoperates with third-party products and services. Your use of those third-party services is governed by your agreements with those providers, not by these Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, security, accuracy, or how they process your data. If a third-party provider changes, limits, or discontinues functionality, related Lit Factory features may also change, be limited, or stop working.
7. AI Agents, Shifts, and Autonomy
Lit Factory is designed to run human and AI teams on a shared floor, with a dial that ranges from full human control to full autonomy. It may provide AI agents and AI-assisted features, including recommendations, summaries, drafting, routing, automation, and contextual collaboration support. These features may rely on Customer Data, workspace context, and third-party model or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
You configure how much autonomy agents have. Agents operate within an autonomy band and standing orders that you or your organization set for a given Shift — including which actions an agent may take automatically, which require a human, and which are off limits. Depending on the autonomy band you configure, agents may act without per-action human approval, including by taking actions in connected third-party systems, such as creating or modifying code, opening or updating pull requests, deploying, sending messages, or changing tickets, tasks, and other work items.
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated output and agent actions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a given situation
- you are responsible for configuring autonomy bands, standing orders, and oversight appropriate to the risk, and for reviewing work before relying on it for operational, legal, financial, security, or customer-facing decisions
- you are responsible for all actions taken by agents operating under your account, workspace, or configured autonomy, including actions taken in connected third-party systems within the permissions you grant
- you are responsible for the scope of access and permissions you grant to agents and integrations, and should grant only what is appropriate for the work
We may add, remove, or modify AI agents, AI-assisted features, autonomy controls, safeguards, and usage limits over time, especially in beta or preview releases.
8. Fees and Beta Access
Certain parts of Lit Factory may be offered free of charge, by invitation, under a pilot, or as a private beta. Paid features or subscriptions, if any, will be governed by the pricing, order form, or other commercial terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, beta, preview, and early-access features are provided for evaluation purposes only, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and may not be supported or made generally available.
9. Confidentiality
If you receive non-public information from us relating to Lit Factory, our technology, roadmap, security, pricing, or business operations, you will use that information only for evaluating or using the service and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with our written permission.
This obligation does not apply to information that becomes public through no fault of yours, was already lawfully known to you, or is independently developed without use of our confidential information.
10. Intellectual Property
Lit Factory, including its software, user interfaces, design, trademarks, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by PullFlow, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms of Service, no rights, title, or interest in Lit Factory are transferred to you.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Lit Factory, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using Lit Factory at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if:
- you violate these Terms of Service
- we reasonably believe continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk
- we are required to do so by law or by a third-party provider
- we discontinue the relevant service, beta program, or feature
Upon termination, your right to use Lit Factory ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections relating to ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
12. Disclaimers
Lit Factory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content, output, integration, or result will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PullFlow, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business interruption, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Lit Factory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to Lit Factory or these Terms of Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us for the applicable service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PullFlow, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
- your Customer Data
- your use of Lit Factory in violation of these Terms of Service
- your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
15. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify Lit Factory, its features, integrations, or these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make a material change to these Terms of Service, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective or last updated date above.
Your continued use of Lit Factory after updated terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or Lit Factory will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Subject to applicable law, the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the service, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
