How this estimate is calculated
Planning assumptions: 500, 1,000, or 2,000 managed Sparks per active person per month. BYOK uses two-thirds of that allowance and excludes provider charges. The budget uses $0.02 per Spark. Actual usage depends on the work. Enterprise deployment is quoted separately.

What exactly consumes Sparks?
Explicit operations that produce, act, or materially accelerate work. Looking at the Floor, collaborating, approving, and asking ordinary questions about existing state are included.
Does every operation use the same number of Sparks?
No. Spark usage varies with the work and model route. Completed metered work is accounted for in whole Sparks. Use the estimator to plan your budget.
What happens when an operation fails?
Spark accounting is tied to completed metered work rather than each internal model call. With your own model provider, that provider’s usage and failure billing terms still apply.
Is the free Spark grant a monthly allowance?
No. An eligible owner receives 1,000 Spark credits once in their first organization, without a credit card. The grant does not renew or expire.
What rolls over?
Your introductory 1,000 Spark credits and purchased top-ups do not expire. Up to 2X Spark credits roll over from paid subscription allowances.
